To access D2L Brightspace: Login to MyRCC, then click the D2L icon which will take you to the D2L Brightspace homepage. 


Students can access D2L Brightspace within 24 hours after they register for their courses.  If you cannot access D2L, please try the following:


Log out of myRCC, close your browser, then open a new browser session, log back into myRCC, and click on the D2L icon to see if you can access D2L.  If you still cannot, try clearing your cache and cookies on your browser, then log out of myRCC, close your browser, open a new browser session, log into myRCC, and click on the D2L icon.  Please see this link on how to clear your cache and cookies in Google Chrome: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050


If you still cannot access D2L even after 24 hours after your course registration and you have tried the above steps, please create a ticket from our knowledge base by clicking on the 'New support ticket' button at the link here:
