To access D2L Brightspace: On a computer (not a mobile device): Login to MyRCC, then click the D2L icon (under 'My Apps') which will take you to the D2L Brightspace homepage. It is recommended to use either the Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser. These are both free to download.
Students can access D2L Brightspace within 24 hours after they register for their courses. If you cannot access D2L Brightspace (authentication or other errors), please try the following:
Log out of myRCC, close your browser window, then open a new browser window, log back into myRCC, and click on the D2L icon to see if you can access D2L Brightspace. If you still can not, please try clearing your cache and cookies on your browser, then log out of myRCC, close your browser window, open a new browser window, log into myRCC, and click on the D2L icon. If you still cannot access D2L Brightspace on a computer even after 24 hours after your course registration and you have tried the above steps, please create a ticket from our knowledge base by clicking the following link, then clicking on the 'New support ticket' button at the top right of the page, then filling out the information and clicking Submit:
